Troy E. Wade, Chairman - Mr. Wade is a retired Federal executive who has been closely involved in our nation's nuclear weapons programs for more than 40 years. Many of those years were spent working at the Nevada Test Site and the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory dealing with nuclear weapons development, testing, production and retirement. He continues to serve in a national advisory capacity for matters relating to stockpile stewardship and nuclear weapons treaties. Mr. Wade completed his Federal service during the last two years of the Reagan administration as Assistant Secretary of Energy for Defense Programs.

Frank Tussing, Executive Director - Mr. Tussing joined the Nevada Alliance in 1994 as economic development director. He was appointed executive director in 1999. Since 1980 Mr. Tussing has been a leader in identifying and supporting economic diversification opportunities for Nevada. In this capacity he has worked closely with the Nevada congressional delegation, the governor's office, the legislature, and the University and Community College System. Mr. Tussing is an active pilot who retired from the United States Air Force in 1979 following twenty years service which included air operations, weapons systems R&D, and extensive work with our NATO partners on mutual defense arrangements.

Victoria Wakefield, Executive Assistant – Ms. Wakefield joined the Nevada Alliance in 2004. She brings to the Alliance over 20 years of experience providing management and administration of non-profit associations and academic programs and activities. She has trained and served as a Mediator for The Evergreen State College and the small claims courts of Thurston County Washington. Ms. Wakefield is a certified Nevada Notary Public.
