Corporate membership is open to any company or organization which contracts with, or seeks to contract with, the U.S. Department of Energy's Nevada Operations Office or other federal agencies in Nevada, or is involved in technology initiatives or industries that contribute to strengthening and diversifying Nevada's economy.

A Sustaining member is any corporate member that annually contributes an additional 50% or more than its required annual membership fee. Sustaining members will be identified as such on the letterhead of the Alliance.

Associate membership is available to business and trade organizations and associations; academic institutions; public utilities; local, county, and state governmental entities; labor organizations; military and defense organizations; international organizations; media organizations; and other groups that support science and technology endeavors in Nevada and at the Nevada Test Site.

Honorary memberships are established at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
